Engineered Fire & Safety Solutions Pty Limited has, for a long period of time, carried out fire safety upgrading in smaller buildings on behalf of owners.

Generally of a residential nature, building upgrading is undertaken in premises where local government councils have issued fire upgrading notices under local government acts.

Residents and property managers are not specifically aware of requirements specific to fire safety and fire safety systems. Therefore they often approach various sectors of the fire protection industry in an attempt to overcome their problems, sometimes at a great cost.

Engineered Fire & Safety Solutions are positioned to be able to take over this arduous task and provide an effective service to clients for fire safety upgrading of smaller buildings from start to end.
